Curb Appeal

Hi everyone. It's Brenda Ernst from Coldwell Banker, the Real Estate Center. And today I have some tips for home sellers and it's to do with curb appeal. I suggest you get in your car and you park it on your road in front of your house and walk up to your front door as if you're a buyer coming to see it for the very first time. You want it to be clean and inviting. You want everything you see to be in good condition. So look up, look at your light fixtures. Are they modern and bright and clean, or are they old and rusty? They could be replaced. Also, look at the number. Is it identifiable? Can you see it from the road? Also, look down, look at your welcome mat, if you have one. If you don't have one, you might want to get one, or if you do, you want to make sure it's welcoming and clean. These are just a few tips, but they do make a big difference and a really good first impression to a buyer. So hope this helps. Till next time.
