In the First Time Home Buyers Seminar, you will learn the importance of the various aspects of how to go about purchasing your first home and the steps involved. From Working with a Realtor and previewing property to arranging financing and planning the closing, the process will be explained in plain English and drawn out to leave you feeling more comfortable about making a purchase and investing in your future.

To assist in the session, a licensed Mortgage Broker will be on site to explain the Mortgage process and the different options for financing to help you in purchasing your first Home.
